No. Maximum time should be up to 8hrs a day. With days off weekly. It is not recommended to wear it anymore than that. You should always listen to your body, and remove it if you experience discomfort or pain while wearing it

Start with 4-5 hours a day for the first two weeks to get your body used to it, then increase to 8hrs a day. Be sure to take a day or two off per week. To give your body a break, because of the compression you’ll have more of a control appetite & naturally not feeling like eating huge meals while wearing it. It is not recommended to wear it while sleeping. This is how you waist train safely. Do not wear it while sleeping. Once your faja begins to feel more “comfortable” it is time to graduate to the next row of clasps making the faja feel tight once again. If you have a goal & are serious about getting a small waist.
