RETURNS:
*First time buyers. You have up to 14 days to return products. If having any issue. Please contact us.
*Loyal customers. If you have brought from our store at least 3X. You have up to 60 days to return products. After this you’ll also receive free shipping on any product that you buy. Without meeting threshold for free shipping. If after this shipping was not calculated as free: Please contact us to refund you or assist with any questions.
*Consistently Loyal Customers. You have brought from our store at least 10X & after this consistently buys or refers people to our store. You’ll have 200 days to return products. After this you’ll receive free shipping on any product that you buy without meeting threshold for feee shipping. You’ll also get free ‘Lost Package Protection” please contact us if you have any issues.
SWAPPING
If you brought a product but it does not fit and you would like to get another size. Of this same exact product, just in another size. From the same brand. No worries! This is completely free, if you follow the sizing instructions. If you do want to wait. Or, did not follow the sizing instructions. Then, please go back to the website & place order for that other size use code “new sizing” to get free shipping, but in order to be eligible for free shipping & free cost of that new product. Sizing instructions would have to be followed and you must use the “Contact Us” page located under “Customer Service” that is at the footer of this website to contact us first. (See Instructions)
Instructions:
*Please input your name in “Contact Us” form that was use to order the product. Your correct email address: this way we can contact you. In “Please Explain Your Issue” field, please put that you are wanting to return for another size, include your order number and your bra size, weight, and height and your new size that you want us to ship to you. We’ll get that new size ship out to you.
*Please note we only accept one return or swap per order.
OTHER SWAPPING OPTIONS:
If you’re unhappy with your product. You can swap it. Here are a few flexible options:
*SWAP FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OF THE SAME VALUE - Once this order has been process there will be no additional refunds or cost of any type.
*SWAP FOR A PRODUCT WORTH A LESSER VALUE - You can swap for a product of lesser value. We’ll refund additional balance to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to be reflected in your account.
*SWAP FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS OF A HIGHER VALUE - Once we have receive your product back. Contact us with the product or products that you want now. We’ll send an invoice of the additional amount and we’ll of course ship you your products absolutely free.
*Please note for all these specific options: Same rules! Product must typically be in new, unworn, un-used condition, with original tags still on & sent back in original packaging. You must please ship back original product to us first: Use a traceable shipment method.
Once you’ve shipped your original product back. Please go to the website & order your new product. You can also contact us for shipping re-imbursements. Contact us with the tracking# that you use to ship product back, and your new order number, and we’ll ship your new product absolutely free.

DAMAGES/ DEFECTIVE ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt & notify us immediately if product is defective, damaged or if you receive wrong product. This way we can make this issue right. Timeframe for this must be within 2 days
REFUNDS

You can swap products for lesser, same or for a greater value: All with free shipping, because we want customers to buy without worry. If, you still would like a refund. You can return products within the timeframe allotted depending on if you’re a new or loyal customer for your money back. See the top of this page for those timeframes.
Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To ‘Start A Return’ you can please use our “Contact Us” page. This is located at the footer of this website under “Customer Service.” Please Input your name that was use to order the product. Your correct email address: This way we can contact you, and in “Please Explain Your Issue” please input your order number & state that you would like to return product for a refund.
We carefully inspect all items once your return has been receive, this can take up to 7 business days. For this product to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

- All packaging that you received with the product must be included when you send back

EXCEPTIONS/ NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
No returns on thong and panty style underwear or shapewear. No returns on bundle & save packages. For the benefit of customers. You can return sale items for store credit ONLY. No refunds on Sale Items. All sales items are eligible for store credit except: Bundle & Save Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to post payment and have refund reflected in your bank. If you have not receive your refund within this timeframe: then please contact us to assist.
NOTE:
If return was cause by customer then customer is responsible for shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the shipping carrier you pick.
If due to our reasons like the goods receive are damage or not correct then the customer does not have to bear the shipping fee. Contact us if you have any issue.
